US Programs Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a US Programs and Partnerships Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct county-level research and analysis to identify high-need geographies for program expansion
• Develop and maintain partnerships, tracking progress and preparing materials for external meetings
• Support operational planning and program launch efforts, including staffing and community partner onboarding

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing multiple workstreams with limited supervision
• Proven ability to take initiatives from concept to execution
• Strong critical thinking and judgment in decision-making
• Experience working with data and translating findings into actionable insights
• Familiarity with maternal/child health or related domains is a plus
