Job Summary

Managing the full cycle of IT and corporate recruitment, the fully-remote US Recruiter will influence hiring strategies, drive talent acquisition, and shape the future workforce for leading organizations.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Partner with internal teams and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies, optimizing job postings and developing robust recruiting channels
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in corporate recruiting and 5+ years in IT recruitment
  • Strong candidate sourcing, networking, negotiation, and communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, EEO, ADA, and labor relations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word
