Job Summary

Leading regulatory engagement across the US, the full-time remote Head of Regulatory Affairs will act as the primary liaison with regulators, manage the regulatory lifecycle, and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with US regulators, including the Federal Reserve, OCC, and FDIC
• Manage the end-to-end regulatory lifecycle, including license application support and supervisory interactions
• Coordinate responses to complex regulatory requests, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience within a US regulatory body or in a senior regulatory affairs role
• Solid understanding of US regulatory operations and supervisory processes
• Expertise in engaging with regulators on high-stakes matters
• Proven ability to manage complex regulatory workflows across multiple stakeholders
• Experience building or scaling teams in a fast-paced environment
