Job Summary

To deliver measurable audience growth through social media, the part-time US Social Media Growth Consultant will develop and execute a growth strategy for US audiences, produce targeted content, and manage advertising campaigns in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a US-focused social media growth strategy aligned with organizational KPIs
• Produce and optimize at least 15 pieces of content monthly for Instagram and Facebook, tailored for US audiences
• Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns to support follower growth objectives while analyzing performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Senior-level experience in social media strategy with a proven track record of audience growth
• Hands-on experience creating and publishing content for Instagram and Facebook, including proficiency with Canva
• Experience managing paid social advertising campaigns and understanding core performance metrics
• Proficiency with audience insight and social listening tools to inform strategies
• Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable strategies
