U.S. Spanish Mobilization Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a U.S. Spanish Mobilization Coach to mobilize and coach church lay leaders within Spanish-speaking churches in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and coach church lay leaders in disciple-making and mobilization tools
• Develop trusted relationships with key pastors and manage partnership agreements
• Contextualize communication and resources for Spanish-speaking churches

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Cross-cultural ministry experience (stateside and/or global)
• Aligned with the vision of mobilizing Spanish-speaking believers
• Experience with training programs related to mobilization and discipleship
• Commitment to uphold the organization's Statement of Faith and values
