Job Summary

Leading the US Strategy & Execution function, the full-time salaried US Strategy Execution VP will shape and govern the US commercial strategy, translating enterprise priorities into actionable initiatives while serving as a control tower for strategic planning and decision-making in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and alignment of the US Commercial strategy with enterprise priorities
• Translate strategic objectives into executable portfolios, roadmaps, and KPIs
• Design and operate an integrated governance model for US strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in US enterprise strategy, business planning, or transformation leadership in regulated industries
• Strong understanding of US healthcare/biopharma business dynamics and governance processes
• Proven ability to implement operating models and manage enterprise risk
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a dynamic, multifunctional environment
