US Tax Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Tax Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and execute US tax planning strategies to manage tax risks and effectiveness
• Oversee all tax returns and ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax regulations
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the US tax team while managing relationships with external tax advisors

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in US tax from industry and public accounting
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent; CPA and master's degree preferred
• Experience in developing and leading teams across global locations
• Familiarity with EPM/Hyperion, Corptax, Oracle/SAP or other major ERP platforms
• Strong knowledge of corporate income tax and indirect tax principles for both C and S Corporations
