U.S. Trade Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Global Trade Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a global trade compliance strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Lead U.S. Government engagements related to compliance with global trade controls and economic sanctions laws
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and act as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of seven years in a leadership role focused on Customs and Import/Export Trade Compliance Management
• Working knowledge of ITAR and EAR requirements
• Experience managing compliance programs in diverse geographical regions
• Strong knowledge of trade compliance systems and tools
