Job Summary

A company is looking for a Usability Researcher 3 to support the Security product suite, focusing on Security Copilot.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct UX research across the Security product suite and collaborate with design and engineering teams
• Develop research plans, execute studies, and synthesize insights to inform product decisions
• Build partnerships with stakeholders to influence product direction and contribute to a strong research culture

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Psychology, HCI/HFE, HCDE, or a related field
• 5+ years of UX research and design experience
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Proven ability to create research plans and influence product decisions
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments or with technical audiences is preferred
