  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client requests and maintain accurate client records
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer support or a related field
  • Ability to learn and explain technical concepts clearly
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Comfort with computers and multiple systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database tools
