Key Responsibilities

- Prepare application packages and manage applicant accounts in the SupplyTrak certification database
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client requests and maintain accurate client records
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer support or a related field
- Ability to learn and explain technical concepts clearly
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Comfort with computers and multiple systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database tools
