USDA Dairy Specialist Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior / Principal Consultant - USDA Dairy Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in developing and implementing value chain projects within the Agriculture or Dairy sectors
• Manage and deliver client engagements focused on improving sustainability, supply chain sustainability, and social impact
• Lead client relationships, ensuring alignment with their ESG goals and objectives while developing tailored proposals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field; Master's preferred
• 4-6 years of experience for Senior Consultant; 6-8 years for Principal Consultant in the dairy or agricultural sector
• Practical knowledge of dairy farming and USDA expertise
• Established understanding of sustainability/ESG issues related to energy and greenhouse gas emissions
• Experience in project and program management, with strong numerical and analytical skills
