USDA Organic Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organic Reviewer to assess and determine compliance for USDA Organic certification applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve client applications, compliance plans, and product formulations for USDA Organic certification
• Conduct technical reviews of products and communicate findings to clients
• Perform audits and evaluations to ensure conformance with USDA Organic regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, science, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the NOP Organic Certification program
• Knowledge of food/agricultural safety and related regulatory standards
• Experience with auditing software and corrective action management systems
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications
