Job Summary

USDA Proposal Pricing Consultant, a short-term remote consultancy position responsible for developing USDA-compliant budgets for Food for Progress proposals, requiring overlap with EDT hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop USDA compliant cost proposals for up to three Food for Progress bids
• Translate technical designs into accurate and compliant budgets in collaboration with the proposal team
• Prepare detailed budget narratives and ensure alignment with USDA FFP cost principles

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing budgets for USDA Food for Progress proposals
• Strong familiarity with USDA FFP budget structures and compliance requirements
• Proven experience in diverse country contexts with varying labor and operational environments
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines
