Used Vehicle Sales Representative

Job Summary

To enhance customer satisfaction, the full-time Used Vehicle Sales Customer Service Representative will assist customers with pre and post-purchase inquiries, manage inbound and outbound sales support communications, and coordinate with various departments while working remotely after an initial training period.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a positive customer experience by resolving concerns and executing communication protocols
• Handle rental sales processes through inbound calls and outbound solicitations to generate leads
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Asset Management to maintain rental truck inventory levels

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required
• At least one year of experience in sales and/or customer service is required
