Used Vehicle Sales Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Used Vehicle Sales Customer Service Representative will assist customers with pre and post-purchase inquiries, manage inbound and outbound sales communications, and ensure a great customer experience while working remotely after an initial training period.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer concerns and issues, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to communication protocols
• Handle rental sales processes through inbound calls and outbound solicitations to generate leads
• Coordinate with maintenance and asset management to maintain rental truck inventory levels

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of one year of experience in sales and/or customer service
