User Acceptance Tester

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time remote User Acceptance Tester I will define business requirements, plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and analyze system enhancements to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Plan, develop, and execute UAT and system testing strategies
• Identify, track, and manage defects while validating system functionality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience, Associate's degree with 5+ years, or High School Diploma with 7+ years in User Acceptance Testing and system validation
• Experience with defect tracking and testing tools (e.g., JIRA, HEAT, SBM)
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (Agile and Waterfall)
• Experience with data analysis and system validation techniques
• Familiarity with healthcare systems and HIPAA regulations
