User Acceptance Tester
Job Summary
Seeking a remote full-time User Acceptance Tester I, this position will define business requirements, plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and perform end-to-end testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Define and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Plan, develop, and execute UAT and system testing strategies
- Analyze system enhancements and monitor post-production performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience, Associate's degree with 5+ years, or High School Diploma with 7+ years in User Acceptance Testing
- Experience with defect tracking and testing tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (Agile and Waterfall)
- Experience with data analysis and system validation techniques
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and HIPAA regulations
