User Acceptance Tester III

Job Summary

Leading complex User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives, the full-time remote User Acceptance Tester III will define business requirements, develop UAT strategies, and ensure systems meet technical and functional specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute UAT for high-impact system implementations and document test results
• Analyze system enhancements and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support user adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing and system validation
• Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle (Agile and Waterfall) and UAT methodologies
• Experience with defect tracking and testing tools (e.g., JIRA, Selenium)
• Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and web services data formats (e.g., JSON, HL7)
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management in healthcare, including HIPAA
