User Acceptance Testing Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UAT Lead / Coordinator, remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for large enterprise programs, including planning, execution, and status reporting
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to ensure UAT scope, timelines, and acceptance criteria are met
• Oversee UAT execution, defect tracking, and issue resolution, escalating risks and blockers as needed

Required Qualifications

• 6 - 12 years of experience in retail technology initiatives with demonstrated UAT leadership
• Proven experience leading User Acceptance Testing across complex enterprise integrations
• Strong background coordinating UAT activities across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Prior experience managing UAT readiness, including environments and defect triage
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile)
