User Acceptance Testing Lead

Job Summary

Leading the UAT support stream in a hybrid role, the full-time User Acceptance Testing Lead will develop test plans, facilitate scenario development, and coordinate execution while ensuring business validation and defect triage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the UAT approach, schedule, entry and exit criteria, and reporting framework in collaboration with stakeholders
• Create and coordinate detailed test scripts, manage tester assignments, and prepare testers through orientation and guidance
• Lead defect triage sessions, maintain UAT dashboards, and ensure documentation of risks and acceptance before UAT closure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, quality assurance, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of software testing, business validation, or UAT coordination experience, including 3 years with enterprise implementations
• Experience leading business testers through scenario development and defect triage processes
• Knowledge of test planning, traceability, and defect lifecycle management
• Experience testing workflow-driven SaaS applications and integrations
