Job Summary
Leading multi-channel paid growth initiatives, the full-time User Acquisition Lead will manage a team of specialists, develop acquisition strategies, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive measurable results in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead acquisition strategy and performance across multiple client projects
- Manage and support a team of UA specialists to ensure high-quality execution
- Build scalable frameworks for targeting, bidding, budgeting, and geo expansion
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid user acquisition across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Proven results in scaling mobile apps in various verticals
- Familiarity with attribution and analytics tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Amplitude
- Strong understanding of subscription economics
- Ability to mentor and guide UA specialists effectively
