Job Summary

Leading multi-channel paid growth initiatives, the full-time User Acquisition Lead will manage a team of specialists, develop acquisition strategies, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive measurable results in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead acquisition strategy and performance across multiple client projects
  • Manage and support a team of UA specialists to ensure high-quality execution
  • Build scalable frameworks for targeting, bidding, budgeting, and geo expansion
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid user acquisition across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Proven results in scaling mobile apps in various verticals
  • Familiarity with attribution and analytics tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Amplitude
  • Strong understanding of subscription economics
  • Ability to mentor and guide UA specialists effectively
