Job Summary
To support a dynamic gaming and entertainment environment, the remote User Acquisition Manager will manage conversion-focused paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, ensuring accurate launches, budget pacing, and performance optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Own ad operations and campaign builds across major digital platforms
- Manage budget pacing across multiple titles and international markets to meet performance targets
- Report on performance trends and recommend optimizations to enhance conversion outcomes
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing user acquisition campaigns, including mobile/UAC campaigns
- Proficiency with paid media platforms and tools such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong Excel skills for analyzing performance data and building reports
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Familiarity with the gaming space, ideally with firsthand experience as a player
