User Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing gaming ecosystem, the full-time remote User Acquisition Manager will own and execute paid social and paid search acquisition strategies, focusing on campaign management, creative collaboration, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize campaigns primarily on Meta, with additional platforms including Google, Reddit, Snap, and Twitter/X
• Collaborate with Creative and Design teams to develop and evaluate ad creatives based on performance data
• Track and report campaign performance against key metrics, providing insights for optimization and strategy adjustments

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, with hands-on proficiency in Meta Ads Manager
• Expert-level understanding of Meta Ads campaign structures and audience segmentation
• Functional knowledge of Google Ads, Reddit Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Twitter/X Ads
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and communicate findings effectively
• Experience in user acquisition campaigns for mobile apps, games, or subscription products is preferred
