Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of innovative advertising campaigns focused on video content and creative ads
• Oversee the production of high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic advertising plans that meet business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in a digital creative role, particularly in mobile ad campaigns and video content
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Premiere for video editing
• Hands-on experience managing creative workflows from ideation to production
• Understanding of creative A/B testing methodologies and performance data interpretation
