Job Summary
Managing paid social campaigns for multiple clients, the full-time User Acquisition Specialist will execute, test, and optimize strategies on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google while leveraging proprietary technology to drive efficient growth remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end media management, including campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and optimization
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as CPI/CAC, ROAS, and retention
- Diagnose performance shifts and implement quick actions to address issues
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of paid media experience, with expertise in Meta preferred
- Experience managing accounts with 7-figure annual media budgets
- Strong presentation skills for client meetings and deck creation
- Strong analytical skills
- (Preferred) Deep understanding of mobile advertising, including SKAN and AEM
