Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the administration of business applications, focusing on user management and security
• Lead AI initiatives, including rollouts and training, while ensuring data integrity and best practices
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and enhance internal applications to support organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Experience aligning technology adoption with long-term business goals and presenting business cases for new tools
• 5+ years of experience supporting AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Anthology
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain application integrations with a focus on root cause analysis
• Experience working with diverse teams, including in-person, remote, and offshore
• Ability to lead enterprise AI initiatives, ensuring data quality and reliable outputs
