Job Summary
A company is looking for an Advisor, User Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, SMS, and chat to provide support
- Troubleshoot technical problems and work with internal departments to meet customer needs
- Data entry in various platforms and effectively communicate with the engineering team to resolve app issues
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Conversational level Spanish preferred
- Experience using Zendesk, Intercom, or related tools
- Experience working in Financial Services or Fintech software companies
- A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment
