Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advisor, User Care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, SMS, and chat to provide support
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and work with internal departments to meet customer needs
  • Data entry in various platforms and effectively communicate with the engineering team to resolve app issues
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Conversational level Spanish preferred
  • Experience using Zendesk, Intercom, or related tools
  • Experience working in Financial Services or Fintech software companies
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment
