Job Summary

A company is looking for a Knowledge Architect 3, User Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document intelligent knowledge solutions and systems for user-centered design processes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user interactions
• Develop playbooks, usage guidelines, and training materials to support field adoption and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in user experience design
• Strong background in user interface design and development
• Experience in creating functional specifications and content requirements
• Ability to synthesize user research findings into actionable design principles
