User Experience Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Architect to lead the structural design and research strategy for their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mixed-methods research to define information architecture and interaction models for AI workflows
• Support the design of AI agent behaviors, ensuring they meet user needs and provide rationale for actions
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to translate research insights into technical specifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in UX Research or UX Architecture within complex enterprise or SaaS environments
• Proven experience in architecting or researching agentic AI domains
• Deep experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience with Information Architecture for multi-tenant B2B SaaS products
