User Experience Design Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of designers, the full-time remote User Experience Design Manager will focus on creating exceptional Seller Experiences on the TCGplayer platform, driving design strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user-centered solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design strategy and execution across Seller Experiences, translating ambiguous problems into actionable UX direction
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and business leaders to deliver solutions that improve seller outcomes and align with business goals
• Coach and mentor designers, fostering a high-performing team culture through regular feedback and development opportunities

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UX, Product, or Experience Design, with a focus on leading teams in complex product environments
• 3+ years of people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing design teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and measurable business impact
• Proven ability to define and drive design strategy across large product areas
• Experience influencing product direction through research, data, and effective communication
