Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience (UX) Design Specialist - Contingent.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct stakeholder and user research, including journey mapping and persona development
Lead ideation sessions and translate findings into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and accessibility architects to ensure designs meet standards

Required Qualifications

5+ years of UX design experience in Agile environments
Demonstrated expertise in the full user-centered design lifecycle
Proficiency in Figma (preferred), FigJam, or similar tools
Experience designing for Section 508 compliance
