User Experience Designer

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with a small scrum team, the full-time User Experience Designer will lead the design of intuitive, AI-driven leasing experiences across multiple channels, focusing on optimizing the sales funnel for property managers.

Key responsibilities

• Design agentic AI experiences in the leasing domain, ensuring intuitive conversational flows
• Work with Product Management to balance user needs with business goals while advocating for the end user
• Facilitate user research and usability testing to validate design ideas and enhance product experiences

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in user experience design
• Experience with various UX deliverables, including customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
• A portfolio showcasing design process, skills, and creativity
• Experience conducting user research and utilizing insights to inform product design
• Knowledge of Agile UX and Lean UX methodologies
