User Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Designer to join their UX Product Design team on a remote contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered solutions to enhance the claims adjuster experience and improve efficiency
• Create conceptual sketches, wireframes, and prototypes while ensuring brand and design standards are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and integrate user research into design processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in UX/product design
• Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, and human-centered design
• Proficiency in at least two core disciplines: visual design, UX design, prototyping, information architecture, or user research
• Online portfolio showcasing UX work or case studies
