User Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Designer for a U.S. remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather requirements and define design solutions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design, particularly for enterprise software applications
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design process and complex user interfaces
• Proficiency with Figma and design tools such as Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
