Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analysis, presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders
• Identify industry trends through market research and recommend new products and features
• Collaborate with various teams to prioritize research topics and conduct usability testing

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Interaction Design or related field preferred
• Four to six years of experience in UX research, UX design, or market research
• Strong technical mastery of Figma and Adobe
• Experience with UX research tools and conducting usability testing
• Portfolio required, including visual and UX process examples
