User Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Designer for a short-term assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end patient journeys across cash-pay and insurance experiences
• Lead research efforts to understand patient needs and constraints across digital and operational touchpoints
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate interaction behavior

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX or Product Design experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments
• Strong experience in interaction design, information architecture, and usability
• Expertise in Figma and prototyping
• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end user flows and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and operational constraints
