User Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Designer to optimize customer experiences for their retail music platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to communicate interaction behaviors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements using data and usability findings
• Participate in usability testing to assess and optimize the performance of features

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with AI-driven design tools
• Robust UX portfolio with at least 2 complete case studies demonstrating the design process
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience working in agile environments with technical teams
• Basic front-end prototyping skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar tools)
