User Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Designer III to design a conversational e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to communicate interaction behaviors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements using data and usability findings
• Assess and optimize feature performance through usability testing and analytics interpretation

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience in interaction design for web and/or software applications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or equivalent experience
• Fluency in web-based information architecture and usability principles
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and others
• A strong online portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
