User Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and define user flows
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing to drive design improvements
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in UX design, HCI, or related field with 3-5 years of experience
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX research, interaction design, and visual design
• Deep proficiency with Figma
• Curiosity about AI-assisted design tools
• Must be a US person (citizen, national, or Green Card holder)
