User Experience Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time User Experience Designer, the successful candidate will tackle complex design challenges across K-12 educational technology platforms, focusing on user-centered methodologies, visual design, and design systems.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the UX strategy and execution for high-impact product initiatives across a multi-product ecosystem
• Champion a human-centric approach, ensuring product decisions are rooted in real user needs and usability principles
• Design intuitive experiences for AI-driven capabilities, ensuring transparency and integration into user workflows

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of end-to-end UX/Product Design experience across the full product development lifecycle
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies and polished UI design
• Experience leveraging AI capabilities within digital products and services
• Proficiency with modern design tools and systems, including Figma and design systems
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and interaction design
