User Experience Designer

Job Summary

To shape the future of customer communication, a talented User Experience Designer will lead the full design lifecycle for critical communication initiatives, working either onsite in Atlanta or remotely on a temporary basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from initial concept to final implementation for communication initiatives
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of design
• Identify and implement improvements to design processes and team workflows

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in communication design with a focus on visual and written detail
• 2+ years of experience in UX design and proficiency in Information Architecture
• Strong command of written English with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Expertise in design software such as Figma and experience with email template management tools
• Proven collaborative skills to align messaging with cross-functional teams
