User Experience Designer

Job Summary

Working on a contract basis, the User Experience Designer will design employee-facing digital products and internal tools for frontline teams, focusing on creating intuitive and efficient experiences that enhance productivity and task completion.

Key responsibilities

• Design user experiences and interfaces for operational platforms used by frontline and field teams
• Identify workflow challenges and create intuitive solutions to improve productivity
• Produce responsive designs, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of UX, UI, Visual, or Product Design experience within digital product organizations or agency environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web and mobile applications
• Experience designing internal tools, employee experience platforms, or workflow-heavy applications preferred
• Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an Agile environment
