User Experience Designer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time User Experience Designer will collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to create a premier CRM and investor portal experience, focusing on user research, usability testing, and design solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across CRM workflows and Investor Portal experiences
• Facilitate user research and usability testing to validate design ideas and refine the user experience based on insights
• Support the team with wireframes, flow diagrams, rapid prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate and validate design concepts efficiently

Required qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing design process, skills, and creativity
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in user experience design
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with design and prototyping tools, preferably Figma
• Experience conducting user research and distilling data into actionable insights
• Previous experience building CRM features and modern web applications is a plus
