User Experience Designer
Job Summary
To support the Digital Technology Experience Design (DTXD) team, the remote, contract User Experience Designer will design and deliver polished experience flows, contribute to broader design initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance user experiences across ServiceNow.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver demonstration-quality experience flows for defined DTIO scenarios
- Contribute to broader experience design initiatives, including workflow design and concept visualization
- Collaborate with DTXD designers and DTIO stakeholders to ensure design work is user-centered and context-driven
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant UX/product design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing polished, high-craft design work, including executive-facing deliverables
- Proficiency in Figma and AI prototyping tools, with experience in high-fidelity design output
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Visual Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM and related systems is strongly preferred
