User Experience Designer Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Designer Lead Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Determines and coordinates work priorities and timelines within the program area, and communicates delivery dates
• Models human-centered design approaches to frame problems, uncover patterns, and visualize concepts
• Contributes to business and UX strategy through deliverables such as wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year), preferred
• Five or more years of relevant experience, preferred
• People management experience
• In-depth knowledge of User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX) standards
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
