Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Product Research to define learning objectives and translate insights into engaging experiences for users
• Manages and mentors designers while ensuring effective implementation of experience designs with measurable value

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product development, user experience design, or related roles, including 3+ years in a management position
• Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction, digital design, or a related field
• Experience in EdTech environments contributing to learner-centered solutions
• Strong knowledge of software usability principles and current interface design trends
• Proficiency in advanced UX wireframing and prototyping tools, with a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
