User Experience Research Contractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience (UX) Research Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Plans and conducts user research activities and translates findings into actionable customer insights
• Contributes to the product development process by identifying customer needs and gathering feedback
• Leads design thinking workshops and creates research roadmaps for product development teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Human Factors, HCI, Information Design, or related field with 5+ years of UX Research experience or Master's with 3+ years
• Expertise in qualitative research methods, including usability studies and customer research interviews
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research tools
• Experience with Design Thinking and Lean UX methodologies
