User Experience Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Researcher to join a dynamic team focused on user-centered design for innovative technology products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews and usability testing
• Develop and execute research plans, from defining objectives to data analysis and reporting
• Translate research findings into actionable insights that inform product strategy and design decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience, or PhD with relevant experience
• Proven experience with various research methodologies, including in-depth interviews and usability testing
• Ability to translate research findings into strategic narratives
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience presenting research findings to stakeholders
