User Experience Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Researcher to drive customer-centric research initiatives and support product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth user research activities, including usability testing and interviews
• Develop and maintain user personas and journey maps for product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user research findings into the product development process

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of mixed methods research experience
• Proficient in a variety of research methods, including qualitative and quantitative techniques
• Ability to independently identify research opportunities and drive projects
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior researchers
• Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in UX research
