User Experience Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Researcher 5 to join their UX Research Department, focusing on product development and user experience enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive user research plans to gather actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product strategies
• Translate research findings into clear, impactful recommendations to improve user experience

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of product-focused UX research experience, with at least 2 years in strategic research roles
• Master's or higher degree in Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields; or equivalent industry experience
• Proven ability to develop and lead impactful research programs across large organizations
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including study design, recruitment, moderation, and analysis
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills to influence product and design decisions
